2010 Kia Sorento
September 28th, 2009 by Arman
Kia Motors has recently unveiled the new generation of its very successful SUV, the Sorento. The new model is totally new and has been redesigned from scratch! It has now become a Crossover rather than a medium size Sport Utility. In fact the only thing it shares with the previous gen is the name!
2010 Sorento is bigger than its predecessor and features Kia’s new designline, in which all models share a similar front grille. The car also comes with new equipments like third row seats and panoramic roof. It is also quit luxurious considering its class. It comes standard with a top-notch multimedia/navigation system with satellite radio and USB jack.

As for the powertrains, the new generation Sorento comes with two engines, one of them a 2.4 liter four-cylinder developing 173 hp and the other a 3.5 liter V6 with 273 hp. The car is fitted with a six-speed automatic transmission and can be had with two or four-wheel-drive system.
Like the previous model, new Sorento offers very good value for money. It also comes with an astonishing warranty and support program which gives its owner peace of mind for the entire time of the ownership! New Kia Sorento will go on sale next year as a 2011 model and by the looks of things, it seems to have everything to challenge Hyundai Santa Fe.
