2011 Land Rover Freelander LR2 Revealed

Land Rover released pictures and images of the 2011 Freelander, which is not an entirely new model, but features some very nice upgrades.

The car gets revised bumper, fog lamps, headlights and taillights as well as the front grille, while there’s new choices in terms of wheels and exterior colors. The interior too has been upgraded with revised instrument dials and new seats.

Along with the current line-up, a new 2.2 liter turbodiesel is also available for the 2011 Freelander which develops 150 PS and 420 Nm of torque. It has fuel consumption of 47.2mpg combined, and CO2 emissions of just 158g/km. Also for the first time you can have this car with 2WD if you think you don’t need four-wheel-drive.
