It has a standard .030 aluminum exterior and a three year limited warranty on all parts and services. All fasteners and the undercarriage are coated with a long life coating to protect against rust and corrosion caused by normal wear and use, it has a formed steel rear header and corner posts on the rear door with a precision jig built solid core double rear doors that have a semi style cam-lock and use t-nuts. It is an all steel welded uni-body frame made from premium materials and comes with safety chains, and a good twelve volt fuse box to ensure overloads do not cause damage to the lights or to the towing vehicle. It also contains full dot lighting and semi-trailer quality exterior lighting. Frames are all phosphate power washed to ensure all corrosives are out of it before they are layered with a high quality paint to keep everything safe on the inside.
