Following its European debut, the new Nissan Juke crossover has arrived in America to make its first public appearance in the United States during the ongoing New York Motor Show. The car is going to cost under $20K in U.S.
The Juke, featuring an insane design is a small city crossover which is practical and economical like a hatchback, but tall and fun like a SUV. In America it’ll be available with a 1.6-liter Direct Injection Gasoline turbocharged four-cylinder engine developing 180+ horsepower and 170+ lb-ft of torque. It can be had with either a manual or a CVT automatic 6-speed transmission and All or Front wheel drive. As for the equipment, features range from leather-appointed seats and Rear View Monitor to Nissan Intelligent Key™ with Push Button Ignition, navigation system with real-time traffic information and power sliding moonroof. A long list of standard safety features is also available, including six air bags, Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) and Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC).
