Shelby Ford F-150 Super Snake

Ford F-150 is well-known as one of the best selling pickup trucks in America. So when a tuner like Shelby comes up with a package for it, it is way more than just a tuning job, it’s like a tribute to the car.

The new Super Snake Concept presented at Las Vegas Motor Speedway is based on the GT500 model and improves the truck’s styling, handling and power.

For the body, Shelby offers a complete kit consisting of custom front fascia, mesh grill and grill surround, carbon fiber splitter, fender vents and brake cooling ducts, custom side fender vents and rockers, unique fiberglass hood featuring a hood scoop and classic Shelby design and of course lots of Shelby badges including “Shelby” lettering across the rear tailgate.

The power plant in this amazing truck is a 5.4 liter V8 which churns out 475 horsepower through the automatic transmission. It is modified with stuff like Whipple supercharger kit and Borla exhaust system. It is also fitted with DJM suspension and Forged Shelby / Baer brakes with 6 piston calipers with cross drilled and vented rotors.

Shelby F150 Super Snake sits on Shelby-designed 22-inch wheels and tires with Pirelli P Scorpion tires.
