The 2008 Dodge 2500 Mega Cab
September 18th, 2008 by Justin
If you love big trucks, you probably are always on the look out for what Dodge is producing. Dodge trucks are some of the best in the world. They offer high performance, beefy motors, great styling and lots of functionality. The new 2008 Dodge 2500 Mega Cab is no exception and for those looking for lots of performance and power, you can’t go wrong with this big boy.
Dodge Delivers Lots of Performance
Whether for work or play, the Dodge 2500 Mega Cab definitely delivers the goods. It offers lots of power and performance. It also comes with an engine that is the pride of Dodge- the Hemi. The 2500 Mega Cab offers a V8 Hemi 5.7 liter that delivers plenty of horsepower and torque. It also comes standard with an automatic 5 speed transmission with overdrive and optional 2 or 4 wheel drive and a 6+ foot bed that holds 58 cubic feet. For those that require a great truck with four doors for work, you can beat the 2500 Mega Cab. While offering plenty of ability to tow, it also offers some fine conveniences inside the cabin. For you big guys, there is plenty of head and leg room whether you are sitting in the front or in the cab.
The Dodge 2500 Mega Cab is not very fuel efficient, but is well worth it for those that require function over fuel economy. There are three trims available of the 2500 Mega Cab and they include: SXT, SLT and Laramie. Prices range from the low 30’s to the high 30’s nicely equipped with the Laramie being the top of the line. For those that require a work horse that offers the extra space of a cab, Dodge does not disappoint, the 2500 Mega Cab has definitely earned itself some rave reviews.
