Nissan Titan Pro 4X

Nissan has finally made its mark in the truck world. Only a few short years ago, it was hard to imagine Nissan breaking into the truck market in the states, but with high quality models that offer plenty of performance, fresh looks and a decent price Nissan has succeeded with its Titan Pro 4X. The Titan Pro 4X is a ½ ton truck similar in size to the Ford F150. however, being a Japanese car, there are definite differences in technology and components- all of which are welcome.

For those that use a truck for both work and play, the Titan is a definite winner. It has great looks for the road and great utility for both work and the trails. With a very capable 5.6 liter V8 engine that produces a healthy 317 horsepower and decent torque, you will not only be able to get a move on it, but also do some towing. The Titan does come with two varieties of beds- a 6.5 foot bed and a large 8 foot bed, however since we have the king cab, the only choice on the Pro 4X is the 6.5 foot bed.

It should also be noted that depending on trim, the Titan also comes with 2 wheel drive, but the 4 wheel drive is definitely the one that you want. The cabin is very nice and roomy and while there is room in the back to sit an adult, it should be a quite small adult or better yet- just your tools. The Pro 4X comes in 4 doors and a 5 speed overdrive automatic transmission. It also has nice 18 inch all terrain OWL tires. While there are better trucks in the market, the Titan is definitely a good buy and offers solid performance.
